The American Lung Association held its 5th Annual Lung Force Walk Oct. 14 on the Boardwalk in Rehoboth Beach. Funds raised will support the association’s goals of providing $10 million in lung cancer research, $5 million to increase public health promotion including awareness of early detection tools, and advocating for increasing federal funding for lung cancer research to $450 million by 2020.
