September 14, 2023

Hundreds of people enjoyed the latest beers from local and regional breweries at the inaugural 86 Hook & Ladder Brew Fest Sept. 9 at the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center.

Attendees could enjoy a variety of beers while noshing on food, listening to a live band and participating in raffles and giveaways. Thompson Island Brewing Company also unveiled the Engine 86 IPA especially for the event.

All proceeds from the event, including sales of four-packs of Engine 86 IPA, benefit the Rehoboth Beach Volunteer Fire Company in its effort to purchase a new aerial truck.
