AARP Chapter 4903 welcomes Weight Watchers leader

Ann Hurley spoke about the Weight Watchers program from its historic beginnings to current programs, at the most recent Long Neck AARP Chapter 4903 meeting. Her inspiring presentation included her personal loss of 36 pounds and how Weight Watchers helps manage the difficulties some seniors have with losing unwanted weight. She also included guidance for diabetics and lactose-intolerant individuals.
Chapter 4903 next meets for a luncheon and presentation Wednesday, Sept. 25, at American Legion Post 28, 31768 Legion Drive, Millsboro.
