AARP Chapter 5340 to meet Nov. 3

At its October meeting, AARP Georgetown Chapter 5340 welcomed Detective Michael Vernero from the financial crimes unit of Delaware State Police Troop 4.
Vernero spoke about fraud and other web-based crimes directed at people in Sussex County.
A representative from Veterans Watchmaking Initiative will speak at the next meeting, set for 11 a.m., Monday, Nov. 3, in the Millsboro Police Station community room, 120 W. Railroad Ave. Ext., Millsboro.
