Agatha P. Todd, DuPont Co. retiree

M. Agatha P. Todd, 86, of Seaford passed away peacefully in her sleep Monday, Dec. 16, 2019, at Harrison Senior Living.  She was born in Seaford June 23, 1933, daughter of the late Walter W. Mowry and Viola (Messick) Mowry.

Ms. Todd was a Seaford High School graduate, class of 1951. Her career at DuPont spanned 35 years, and after her retirement she worked another 21 years at Del-One Credit Union. In her spare time, Ms. Todd loved gardening, spending time with family and friends, and sitting on the beach. A true woman of faith, she remained devoted to her church throughout her life.

In addition to her parents, Ms. Todd was preceded in death by her son, George Daniel Peruchi; and her brother, Richard Mowry. She is survived by her daughter, Teresa Ann Baumann of Chester; her former daughter-in-law, Stephannie Albritton; her grandchildren: Danielle Peruchi of Arlington, Va., Denton Peruchi, Andru Peruchi, Dustin Peruchi, Hannah Turner and  Abigail Mayfield, all of Texas; 12 great-grandchildren; and her faithful and loving caregiver, Penny Sharp.

A Funeral Service will be held Sunday, Dec. 22, at 1 p.m., at Wesley United Methodist Church, 22025 Atlanta Road, Seaford, where friends may call beginning at noon. Burial will follow services at Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery in Seaford.
