Ann and Jim Malloy join Delaware Coastal Realty
Ann and Jim Malloy have joined the experienced realtors at Delaware Coastal Realty.
Ann is an associate broker and Certified Residential Specialist with extensive experience in the area market. Jim is a realtor with credentials as a CRS and Senior Residential Specialist. Their experience with counseling hundreds of buyers and sellers complements the local and personal service of Delaware Coastal Realty.
In discussing the change, Ann offered "We believe that our ability to respond to our clients' needs quickly and more effectively is better effected in a local company than in a large real estate corporation." Jim agreed and added, “We have worked with Richard ‘Dickie’ Bryan in the past, and really believe that the change will be more compatible with our personal style of doing business."
