Archie real estate platform wins Delaware EDGE grant

June 13, 2025

The Delaware Division of Small Business announced Archie, a revolutionary real estate platform, was among five STEM-based startup companies selected to receive a prestigious Encouraging Development, Growth and Expansion grant.

Archie eliminates the choice between speed and value in home real estate transactions. Being selected for an EGDE grant demonstrates the company’s exceptional competitive advantage and growth potential.

"This recognition from the State of Delaware validates not just our technology, but our vision for fundamentally transforming how Americans interact with their most valuable asset," said Dustin Parker, CEO and co-founder of Archie. "While others see real estate as a market to disrupt, we see it as a human experience to reimagine. This funding will accelerate our mission to make home equity as accessible as a bank account and as empowering as it should have always been."

Archie's innovative option liquidity contract provides sellers with up to 80% of their home's value immediately upon moving out, while maintaining ownership until final sale. Through a revolutionary 60/40 profit-sharing structure, Archie aligns its success with maximizing seller returns, typically helping homeowners net more than traditional sales without the stress, delays or upfront costs.

"Delaware has always been a state of firsts, and now, with companies like Archie, we're first in reimagining fundamental aspects of how we live and move," Parker said. "This grant fuels our ability to unlock freedom for thousands of homeowners trapped by an antiquated system."
