The arts and gardens came together Aug. 17 during Bloomin’ Lewes: A Celebration of Public Gardens and Art, sponsored by Lewes in Bloom and Art in Bloom. The event featured music, ice cream, arts-and-crafts activities, gardening tips, a beekeeping demonstration and art sales. Plein-air artists took up stations at public parks throughout downtown Lewes.
