The History Book Festival and the Lewes Public Library will present Susan Berfield, author of “The Hour of Fate: Theodore Roosevelt, J.P. Morgan, and the Battle to Transform American Capitalism,” in a live discussion via Zoom at 2 p.m., Wednesday, July 15.
