Autism Delaware held its 13th Annual Lewes Walk for Autism fundraiser April 14 at Cape Henlopen State Park. The Walk for Autism is held each year as part of April’s Autism Awareness Month festivities.
Each year thousands of walkers gather in Lewes and Wilmington to share the walk together. They raise over $200,000 which helps support Autism Delaware services statewide.
This popular event drew well over 700 participants in Lewes and has raised $70,000 so far, with more funds coming in through April.
