Baumbach supports Snyder-Hall for RD14 seat

November 1, 2024

I am proud to endorse my friend and colleague Claire Snyder-Hall in her campaign to serve as the next state representative for the 14th House District this November. I first met Claire when she led the nonpartisan government transparency advocacy group Common Cause. This work reinforces Claire's commitment to good government.

Claire is also committed to key Democratic Party principles, such as reasonable access to voting and to abortion care. Yet Republican politicians in Delaware have consistently opposed these priorities. This is why it is so important for the 14th District to elect Claire this year.

In the past two-plus years, I have been deeply involved in cleaning up the mess made of retired state employees' healthcare. Only by listening to the people, and working hard to find the best solution for our state retirees and taxpayers were we able to forge a path to meet our responsibilities to our seniors. Claire has been very supportive of this work and is committed to safeguarding the path we have charted forward.

Rep. Paul Baumbach
Newark
