BBB honors Seely Homes with Torch Award for Business Ethics
Seely Homes LLC, a Bridgeville-based home builder, was honored with the 2025 Torch Award for Business Ethics May 1 at the 60th anniversary annual awards event for the Better Business Bureau Serving Delaware.
The event spotlights First State businesses that serve their clients and community with the highest levels of service and integrity. Seely Homes represented Sussex County as the only Southern Delaware-based business to be honored this year.
“Thank you so much for recognizing a young business in Southern Delaware for the BBB Torch Award,” said Julleanna Seely, accepting the award alongside Adrian Seely, her husband and business partner. “We are so grateful for the incredible people on our Seely Homes team, the quality trade partners we work with, the trust of our clients and the support of our families.”
The couple started Seely Homes just over five years ago, operating out of the sunroom of their Greenwood home. Since that time, they have hired several employees, opened an office and showroom in Bridgeville, and built more than 50 homes and a few additions in Kent and Sussex counties. Seely Homes joined the BBB in 2023 and maintains an A+ rating.
