Pearce has been with Becker Morgan Group for 30 years, designing a wide range of projects across Delmarva.
Just a short stroll from the ocean, Seaside Serenity is a 3,500-square-foot, coastal-modern retreat that truly lives up to its name. The home offers a peaceful escape with thoughtfully curated spaces that embrace both functionality and relaxation. The ground level caters to beachgoers with all the necessary amenities, including a spacious screened porch that opens to a serene swimming pool area, creating a private oasis for outdoor enjoyment.
At the heart of the home, a sunlit stair tower featuring a custom-made steel staircase guides residents through upper living levels, each extending to expansive decks perfect for gathering and soaking in panoramic views of the coast. The vaulted kitchen and great room open up to even more possibilities, with a spiral staircase leading to a rooftop deck, where breathtaking sunsets and sweeping views of both the beach and bay await.
The recognition celebrates Pearce, the entire Becker Morgan Group Residential Design Studio, and the firm’s commitment to exceptional design and innovation in the home-building industry.
