Betty Anderson retires from Jack Lingo Realtor after 40 years

Jack Lingo Realtor recently celebrated the retirement of and long-lasting memories made with Betty Anderson, who recently ended her 40-year career with the brokerage. She started working as secretary to the late Col. Jack Lingo, and eventually became a licensed Realtor for the Rehoboth Beach office.

Anderson held prestigious National Association of Realtor designations Certified Residential Specialist and Graduate Realtor Institute, and served the Sussex County region, earning a reputation for professionalism and expertise. She is a recipient of the Lingo Gold Award for Top Sales and Listings, and she was honored as a Delaware Real Estate Professional Five Star Agent through Five Star Professional Market Research/Delaware Today.

Bill Lingo, president and broker for Jack Lingo Realtor, said, "Betty has been an iconic staple to our company, and is truly respected and appreciated by her many colleagues, clients and friends throughout the state of Delaware. She will be truly missed by all!"

Anderson has a love for music and shares her talents as a member of the Bethel United Methodist Church Choir, where she performs solo. She is member of Unity Chapter No. 16, Order of the Eastern Star in Lewes and is a past grand matron of Grand Chapter of Delaware, Order of Eastern Star. Besides being active in many community activities, she looks forward to spending time with her husband Donald and family.

The Lingo family wishes Betty and Donald a happy and fulfilling retirement.
