Bloom Holistic Spa brings full-service wellness to Lewes

Bloom Holistic Spa officially opened April 14 on Second Street in Lewes.

The spa provides a range of services including massage therapy, facials, skincare, waxing, HydraFacials and LED light therapy. Additional offerings include seasonal yoga, tarot card readings and a retail space with wellness products. A salt cave, expected to open later this year, will expand services focused on respiratory health and relaxation. The spa offers both appointments and walk-ins; however, appointments are highly recommended. 

Designed as more than a traditional spa, the business emphasizes a holistic approach, encouraging clients to slow down and experience wellness beyond a single appointment. Bloom Holistic Spa is intended to be a sanctuary that nurtures the body, mind and spirit through intentional touch, holistic therapies and natural products.

The business was developed from owner Ryan Smith’s 10 years of experience in the industry. She wanted to create a space where both locals and seasonal visitors could undergo a full holistic spa experience. The vision was to offer more than individual services, focusing instead on a well-rounded approach to overall wellness.

“I really wanted to create a space where I could express my creativity,” said Smith. “Holistic is mind, body and spirit. We’re not just focusing on spa treatments; it’s the whole self.”

Since officially opening, Bloom Holistic Spa has received support from the local community and is grateful for the warm welcome.

“Being on Second Street is like a dream,” said Smith. “The community is so supportive of all the local businesses. Everyone’s been coming in and saying ‘Hi,’ and also just wanting to collaborate, which I’m really excited about.”
