Boating Skills & Seamanship Course, 7 to 9 p.m., Short’s Marine, Millsboro. 7-week course presented by U.S. Coast Guard Aux., satisfactory completion results in DE Boating Certificate, cost is $25 per person, includes tuition & textbook, cost is $10 for additional family members.
