Traffic on Savannah Road in Lewes was delayed May 30 after a bomb threat was called in to Beebe Healthcare’s Women’s Healthcare office.
Sr. Cpl. Jason Hatchell said the roadway was shut down while Delaware State Police used K-9s to check for a bomb. Hatchell said the building was cleared and was reopened just before 3 p.m.
