Boy Scout enjoyed Lewes Boat Parade

July 11, 2025

Hello, I’m a Boy Scout with Troop 584 in Seaford.

I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the Lewes Boat Parade on the Fourth of July. It was an amazing event with 27 beautifully decorated boats. Everyone was in a great mood, and it was clear a lot of effort and creativity went into making this such a fun and patriotic celebration.

I also want to thank you for the wonderful photos and coverage in the newspaper. It really showed off how special the event was and helped capture the spirit of the day.

Thank you again for highlighting such an amazing community event. I’m already looking forward to next year!
