Most citizens of Sussex County have never been to Brecknock Park in Camden and couldn’t find it with a Tom Tom, Garmin and smartphone all triangulating its position.
But nestled in the backyard of Caesar Rodney High, it is a nexus of beauty for walking and running, bringing kids to its playground or just chilling and talking with friends on a fall afternoon.
