In an effort to continue to expand services, Brow & Beauty Bar owners Erin and Jason Exline recently earned a certificate of completion from Swan Consulting Permanent Cosmetics for permanent winged eyeliners. Prior to the class, Erin was the only person at Brow & Beauty Bar offering permanent eyeliner services.
