Browseabout to host Castle Drum Publishing author Oct. 26

Browseabout Books will host Castle Drum Publishing author Daniel J. Irwin for a book signing from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 26, at 133 Rehoboth Ave., Rehoboth Beach.

In Irwin’s “Darkness at the Edge of Time: Duality,” Pittsburgh firefighter Jack Lear is finishing a call on the night before Halloween. The darkness explodes with a thunderous roar, and Jack’s world changes forever as he races into a burning building and is confronted by a mysterious man. In his journey through a long-forgotten past, Jack will play his role in a game started many centuries before, ultimately to save or condemn all those he loves, and the world along with them.
