More than 120 local vendors participated in the Candy Cane Lane Holiday Extravaganza Dec. 14 at Cape Henlopen High School.
Homemade wreaths, quilts, woodwork, glassware, baked goods, hot chocolate and more were available. There was even a visit by Santa and his elf.
Candy Cane Lane was hosted by Saltwater Roots Boutique & Events, owned by Sherry and Emmy Wyatt.
“We host several shows throughout the year showcasing the area’s amazing small, local businesses, crafters, artisans and vendors,” said co-owner Sherry Wyatt. “With the support of the local community and our vendors, we were able to raise over $2,000 for needy families in the Cape school district.”
