CAPE Business Network donates to Beebe Medical Foundation
The CAPE Business Network presented a check Sept. 3 to Diane Barlow, Beebe Medical Foundation gift officer, outside the foundation office at 902 Savannah Road in Lewes. The donation will support the Patient Special Needs Fund for Beebe Healthcare Oncology Services. The gift will directly help patients with limited financial resources who are facing emergent needs.
Beebe Healthcare Oncology Services works to provide both hope and cure. From diagnosis through treatment and beyond, the medical team and staff are there to listen, support, and encourage. Beebe works with the community to actively prevent cancer, and its cancer outreach, education, and screening programs help the community learn about the causes and risk factors of cancer.
