Coach Mike Frederick: “Players really took the plan, believed in it and executed with great passion. That is always a recipe for success. Coaches don’t win games, as people have said for decades. Players do. And they were the difference. Major takeaways were the contributions from so many different people. Brenn Scott was a standout in all three phases.”
Frederick on Hodgson: “They look big and strong up front. Terrific athleticism on defense. Tough pair of running backs. Big time DE and explosive WR. Can beat you spreading it out or bringing in big bodies and pounding on you. This will be quite the challenge. And a fun one at that.”
