Educator will vie for state honors

The Cape Henlopen School District named Cape High chemistry teacher Rachel Peacock as the 2024 Teacher of the Year at an intimate ceremony May 17 at Lewes Elementary School.
Peacock will next vie for the 2024 Delaware Teacher of the Year, which will be announced by the Delaware Department of Education in the fall.
