Cape JROTC brings joy to Harbor Healthcare
Cape Henlopen High School Army JROTC cadets helped bring some joy to residents at Harbor Healthcare in Lewes on Christmas Day. During the visit, the cadets personally delivered Christmas cards and Christmas tidings to all of the residents and staff. “For all of us, this is the true meaning of Christmas. It was a heart-warming and humbling experience for all of us," said Cadet Lt. Col. Jesse Barnett.
