The Cape Henlopen JROTC held its annual awards program May 14 in the Cape theater.
Dozens of Cape High cadets were recognized for their accomplishments. The district, as well as local and national organizations, presented awards to cadets, including the memorial saber to cadets Jazmine Ramos-Trejo and Rylee Tipton.
