Cape student places third in statewide math poster contest

Cape High sophomore Rachael Bachman recently earned third place in a statewide math poster contest hosted by the Delaware Council of Teachers of Mathematics Inc.
Using Math and Games as the theme, students’ artwork was judged on originality and creativity, mathematical content and clarity of the messaging in addressing the theme.
Rachael enjoys playing pool, and she was able to use her love of the game and her artistic talents to create a 3D poster display of a pool table.
