Charles Schwab Rehoboth donates to Milton food pantry

November 22, 2020

The Milton Community Food Pantry received $500 from Mark Engberg, independent branch leader, Charles Schwab and Company, Rehoboth Beach.

Engberg and Schwab realize the need to help address food insecurity during the holiday season.

Pantry volunteers truly appreciate all of the support from local businesses. As an independent food pantry, raising local funds is critical to the Milton Community Food Pantry’s mission to address food insecurity.

For more than six years, MCFP has been committed to helping people get supplemental food. As communities experience more food insecurity, it is recognized as one of the leading small, independent nonprofits addressing food insecurity in northeastern Sussex County. The pantry currently serves between 50 and 80 families at each distribution. It has distributed more than 450,000 meals.
