Clark Weikers, loving family man

Clark Weikers, 75, of Selbyville, passed away peacefully Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2025.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 47 years, Mary “Roni” Weikers; his loving daughter, Jessica Weikers; his cherished son, Joshua Weikers, his treasured daughter-in-law, Bekah Weikers; and his adored granddaughters, Ariana and Addison Weikers. He is also survived by his two sisters, Barbara Weikers Friedman (Stanley) and Susan Weikers (late Saul Volchok); and many cherished nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

He was predeceased by his parents, Walter Weikers and Doris Unger Kahn.

Clark was a warm, generous, and exceptionally caring man who touched countless lives with his kindness and humor. He proudly served as a reservist in the U.S. Coast Guard. Later, he dedicated many years to volunteer fire service, first with Pikesville Volunteer Fire Company during his time in the Baltimore area and then as a fire police member with both Bethany Beach Volunteer Fire Company and Selbyville Volunteer Fire Company until his passing.

Above all, Clark was a devoted family man whose greatest joy and proudest accomplishment was his family. He was a loyal friend with a wonderful sense of humor and a zest for life that brightened everyone he knew. He shared his home and heart with many beloved pets and is now joyfully reunited with his best friend, Henry.

A Celebration of Life will be held from noon to 3 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 10, at Bethany Beach Volunteer Fire Company, 215 Hollywood St., Bethany Beach.

In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes memorial contributions to Bethany Beach Volunteer Fire Company.

Clark’s kindness, laughter, and love will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
