Coldwell Banker Premier welcomes Gina Nuzzo

Coldwell Banker Premier announced Gina Nuzzo has joined its office at at 20184 Coastal Hwy., Rehoboth Beach. With real estate experience spanning 18 years, Nuzzo has a background in the mortgage industry, which has helped when guiding her clients through transactions.

Throughout her career, Nuzzo has excelled in many specialties including both buyer and seller representation, first-time homebuyers, relocation clients and property management. Nuzzo earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Rutgers University.

When Nusso isn’t helping her clients achieve their home dreams, she can be found relaxing, reading or walking on Delaware’s beautiful beaches. She enjoys biking in the state parks, practicing yoga, cooking, entertaining, meeting new people and playing with her two dogs.
