County Bank promotes Gardner to senior credit analyst
County Bank recently announced the promotion of Jennifer Gardner to senior credit analyst.
In 2021, Gardner joined County Bank as a credit analyst, with responsibilities including analyzing commercial loans for creditworthiness, quantitative/qualitative analysis and communicating key perspectives/trends to management.
Before joining County Bank, Gardner used her mathematics skillset in the STEM academic sector of college statistics and data analysis, with a particular focus on empowering success within neurodiverse students.
Gardner holds a master’s degree in data analytics, and a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics and computer information technology.
Outside of work, Gardner enjoys spending her time devoted to being a lifelong learner, as well as a self-proclaimed geek. When Gardner is not looking for new, exciting challenges in her downtime, she can be found reading, gaming, going on hikes, and spending quality time with her husband and two children.
“I am looking forward to a future of growth and ingenuity at County Bank, with some interesting projects along the way,” said Gardner.
County Bank is a locally owned, full-service community bank. Headquartered in Rehoboth Beach, the FDIC-insured bank has been serving residents of southern Delaware since 1990.
