Deborah “Debbie” Flanagan, of Selbyville, passed away Thursday, Jan. 30, 2020. She was the beloved wife of Fred Flanagan, loving mother of Derek and Ryan, and grandmother of Blaire and Brody. She was predeceased by her father Denzil Gibson, mother Beverly Gibson Cramer and brother William “Billy” Gibson. She is also survived by her brothers Fred, Tommy and Johnny Gibson; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A celebration of Debbie’s life will be held at a later date.
