DeFreitas-Carey engagement announced

Mr. and Mrs. Lou deFreitas of Georgetown announce the engagement of their daughter, Danielle Elizabeth deFreitas, to Jared Carey, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Grant Carey of Georgetown. The bride, a graduate of Sussex Central High School, is completing her final year of graduate school in speech-language pathology at Old Dominion University. The groom, a graduate of Cape Henlopen High School, is an aviation electronics technician in the United States Coast Guard. A September wedding is planned.
