Delaware HVAC company adds plumbing services to lineup

Peninsula expands to better assist Delmarva families
July 20, 2013

Delaware heating company Peninsula, in an effort to provide even better services to its customers, has added plumbing to the list of offerings. The company, established in 1935 as Peninsula Oil, was built on the values of dependability, service, quality, and value. Now they hope to continue that tradition with their new plumbing line.

Founded nearly 80 years ago, Peninsula began as a heating fuel delivery company along the Delmarva Peninsula. And even now, just like back then, reputation is everything.

“We work on heating systems today for people who we worked on their parents' and even grandparents' heating systems," said John Willey II, current owner of Peninsula. These days, in addition to oil, propane and biofuel delivery services, Peninsula offers heating and air conditioning installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance and, now, plumbing services.

"Often our customers have a drip and are confused if it is coming from their boiler or their plumbing system.  We want to take away that confusion and fix it right the first time, no matter what the problem is,” said Willey. “Today, people are busy and cannot take a chance on calling a contractor that can’t fix their problem. People do not want to schedule another appointment and take off another day from work.”

More information about Peninsula, including customer testimonials, detailed service descriptions as well as its service guarantee, can be found at www.penoil.com.

Founded in 1935 by James Emory Willey, Peninsula has been handed down from generation to generation and is headed today by John Willey II. A lot has changed over the years. The company offers more products, more services, and more conveniences than ever before. But one thing hasn’t changed: Peninsula continues its longstanding commitment to complete customer satisfaction and community involvement.
