Delmar’s David Hearn honored for wins record

Delmar High School head football coach David Hearn, left, was recently honored by Rep. Tim Dukes, R-Laurel, on his most wins record. Dukes presented a House Tribute to coach Hearn for achieving the most wins in the history of the Henlopen Conference. Coach Hearn was also commended for earning 10 Southern Division championships and four state championships.
