Delmarva Christian Schools, a nondenominational Christian school system with locations in Georgetown and Milton, is seeking applicants for the position of principal at Delmarva Christian High School, allowing Head of Schools Matt Kwiatkowski to focus on the school system’s growth.
“As our school system continues to grow, our board of directors and leadership team recently voted to separate the roles of head of school and high school principal,” Kwiatkowski said. “This combined role is one that I have carried for the past two-and-a-half years, but only successfully because of the amazing faculty, staff and board.”
The high school principal will be responsible for all aspects of maintaining excellence and growth in the school’s academic and spiritual development programs. The principal will promote and uphold the school’s mission and the rigor of all school programs to ensure students are prepared at the highest levels.
