Delmarva Christian School has officially welcomed students across all grade levels, as nearly 600 Royals stepped into the 2025-26 school year with joy, community and hearts centered on Christ.
High school students returned first, with new Royals gathering Aug. 12 for a half-day of games, worship and icebreakers designed to foster connection. The following day, all high school students gathered for a spirited kickoff featuring praise and worship, chapel and their first classes of the year. The day began with worship and a message pointing students toward Christ before transitioning into the year’s academic journey.
Students from the early learning center through eighth grade gathered Aug. 18 for back-to-school night, when they met their teachers, and enjoyed fellowship and free water ice. They returned Aug. 20 for their first day of classes filled with excitement, learning and community.
This year, Delmarva Christian School embraces the theme Christ Our Cornerstone. Verses from Ephesians Chapter 2 serve as a spiritual anchor, reminding the community of their foundation in Christ and aligning meaningfully with the ongoing Stronger Together Project, a visible reminder of the school being built together as a dwelling place for the Holy Spirit.
Delmarva Christian School provides Christian education to students from age 2 through grade 12.
