DEStorage breaks ground on Milton facility

Principals of DE Storage celebrated a recent groundbreaking on a new, state-of-the-art self-storage facility at 300 Broadkill Road, Milton

The locally owned and operated self-storage provider has nine existing locations to serve residents and businesses throughout the lower Delmarva Peninsula.

Expected to open in early 2025, the new Milton location will feature two 32,000-square-foot, two-story, climate-controlled storage buildings with a standalone manager’s office. Both storage buildings will offer drive-up access with vehicular ramps to the second floor, giving customers convenient access for loading and unloading purposes. The facility will be fully secure and lighted, and will feature an advanced security system and 24-hour video monitoring. Customers will have the ability to manage their account and reserve units ahead of schedule through the DEStorage.com website.
