East Coast Garden Center in Millsboro celebrated its 20th anniversary May 18 during the annual apring festival. The celebration featured 20 percent off non-plant items, raffle prizes, Rita’s Italian Ice truck, free succulents to the first 100 customers, and free hot dogs.
