Epworth UMC holds Earth Day activities

Epworth United Methodist Church held several Earth Day activities April 27. Volunteers worked to gather trash on Holland Glade Road and also helped in mulching the gardens. After the cleaning up, a photo contest showing the plastic trash in the Cape Region and abroad was judged. Starting at noon, several food trucks lined up to feed the hungry volunteers and guests. The funds from the event will benefit Epworth’s skate park and Epworth's Green Team.
