Michael and Dawn Russo traveled to Europe and performed in four concerts across Austria, Germany, France and Switzerland, with participants from 18 states, as part of American Music Abroad. Here they are reading the Cape Gazette in the Marktplatz, or Market Square, of Rothenburg ob der Tauber in Germany. Rothenburg ob der Tauber, located in northern Bavaria, is known for its beautifully preserved medieval old town, intact fortifications and fairy‑tale atmosphere. During their trip, they also traveled to the top of a glacier, visited the Königsbourg Castle and even learned to play Alphorns.
