Lewes residents Cindy Wedel and Sheila Sferrella recently visited the island of Aruba. A popular cruise ship stop, Cindy and Sheila were fortunate to spend time thoroughly exploring the tiny island for seven days. Aruba is located just miles off the coast of Venezuela. It is a dry and riverless island with white sandy beaches. They had a chance to visit a butterfly farm and walk the Peace Labyrinth. The evenings were spent sampling the many excellent local restaurants. Spending time with family and friends made for a memorable trip.
