First State Chevrolet raises $2,200 for breast cancer coalition

First State Chevrolet held its annual trunk or treat Oct. 28, organized by Sheila Shields.
Children and adults alike came in costume to enjoy the beautiful day, gather candy, play games and ride on a hay wagon. The Georgetown police were in attendance giving out candy, as were Georgetown Fire Company representatives a fire truck and Sussex County paramedics with their vehicle and hands-on education in the correct way to perform CPR.
Tickets were sold for the pick-a-pack auction. All donations and ticket sales went to support the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition, for a total amount of $2,200.
