Free intro to portrait painting session set July 1

The Rehoboth Beach Public Library will present a portrait painting lesson for beginner and intermediate artists at 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, July 1, at 226 Rehoboth Ave., Rehoboth Beach.
Art instructor Judith Loeber will be facilitating. The class will cover key methods and techniques for painting lifelike portraits, while helping beginners get comfortable with measuring head proportion and perspective.
