Free shredding event set May 10 in Rehoboth

The Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Wilmington Savings Fund Society, will host a shredding event from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Friday, May 10, at WSFS Bank, 19335 Coastal Highway, Rehoboth Beach.

Community members are invited to bring their used paper for on-site shredding. Any paper-based printed material may be shredded after removal of any staples, rubber bands, paper clips, binder clips and so forth. Materials must also be removed from three-ring binders and bags prior to shredding.

This is a rain-or-shine event.

There is no charge, but donations to the chamber event fund are welcome.
