Freeman selects Schell Brothers to build in North Haven

Carl M. Freeman Companies announced the selection of local award-winning homebuilder Schell Brothers to build its coastal-style homes in North Haven, Bayside’s last-planned, single-family neighborhood.

North Haven has a serene and relaxed setting at Bayside, with bay and golf course views.

North Haven will consist of 100 single-family homes, and Schell Brothers will build a wide range of models. The homes will have panoramic views of the beautiful Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course on Assawoman Bay, while being just steps away from a new neighborhood pool. Development is underway, and furnished models are expected to be completed by spring 2020.
