Winnie Fullmer of Millsboro, an accomplished artist, is a featured crafter at the St. George's Chapel Christmas Fair set 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 5, in the chapel's parish hall, Route 23 in Harbeson.
