In August, Ken Dorsey of Lincoln vacationed in Florida with his daughter, Kaylee, his sister, Vicki and of course the Cape Gazette.
John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park on Key Largo Island was the southernmost point in Florida they visited. The state park is roughly 70 nautical square miles of adjacent Atlantic Ocean waters. The primary attractions of the park are the coral reefs and their associated marine life.
Ken, Kaylee and Vicki had a blast in Florida while snorkeling and catching some rays. The trip was the perfect way to spend some quality time together!
