George Tsoukalas, Rehoboth restaurateur
George Tsoukalas, 88, of Wilmington passed away Friday April 24, 2015. He was born in 1926 in Greece. George owned the Seawood Restaurant in Rehoboth for over 20 years where he was loved and respected by all.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Frideriki (Politopoulos) Tsoukalas; daughter Stavroula Tsoukalas of Wilmington; brothers, Harry of Rehoboth and Dimitri of Nafpaktos, Greece; sisters, Olga and Maria; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday April 28, at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church where friends and family may visit from 10 to 11 a.m. Interment will follow the services at Silverbrook Cemetery, Wilmington.
